Because we know that our investment will help you to increase your retention, provide you with a better return on your investment and help to ease your burden.

Now, more than ever, the level of expectation that is placed on leaders can be overwhelming. Businesses are under greater pressure to produce results and increasingly leaders are having to manage people remotely who themselves are finding the world and work very challenging.
As a trusted partner we want to help you and your new colleague to navigate those challenges.

When they walk, or more likely zoom, into your business on day one, they are going to be full of positivity, energy and highly motivated but the reality is that at some point in those first 90 days that motivation will dip.
And if you are not careful that dip can become a slump.
They have met with a very difficult stakeholder or customer. The processes and systems might be worse than they expected or perhaps the job or culture differs from what was described during the interview process. It may be that the commute is more challenging than they expected. Not to mention the new challenges of managing people remotely in a world that is seemingly unpredictable.
But they are unlikely to want to share their uncertainty, frustrations or worries with you for fear of being a burden, a “problem hire” or worse, labelled as incapable!
In the past, leaders have been assigned mentors or sponsors from another part of the business or organisation. Perhaps another member of the board or a Non-Executive, but there is often a feeling from the new employee that these sessions are still fed back to the hiring manager so there can be a tendency to be guarded.
At Executive Heads, we support our clients with a 90-day accelerator programme. This is a bespoke and independent one-on-one coaching plan designed to support new senior hires and enable them to integrate quicker, delivering results faster and ultimately giving you a greater return on your investment.
If you’d like to understand more about what that programme looks like and how we are supporting our clients then please give me a call on 07469 076614, connect with me on LinkedIn or email me at craig.elvin@executiveheads.co.uk.
Many thanks for watching and take care and stay safe.
