Location: High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire. (regular on-site presence required, including travel to Coventry)

Executive Heads is exclusively partnering with a well-established UK business to appoint an Interim Chief Supply Chain Officer / Supply Chain Director during a period of significant transformation.
Reporting directly to the incoming CEO, this assignment will play a pivotal role in ensuring continuity, stability and operational excellence during an executive leadership transition.
The successful candidate will take ownership of the end-to-end supply chain function while leading several high-profile strategic initiatives, including the relocation to a new distribution centre scheduled for later this year.

- Review and enhance supply chain processes, systems, governance and performance management.
- Develop capability within the existing leadership team and create a strong foundation for future success.
- Deliver operational improvements, efficiencies and sustainable performance gains.
- Prepare the function for a successful transition to a permanent long-term leader.

We are particularly interested in hearing from individuals who have:
- Operated as a Chief Supply Chain Officer, Supply Chain Director, Operations Director or in a comparable executive role.
- Led complex supply chain, logistics and distribution operations.
- Delivered major transformation programmes and business-critical change initiatives.
- Experience of distribution centre implementation, relocation or network transformation projects.
- A track record of improving operational performance while developing teams and leadership capability.
- The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
