Business Leaders Event: Turning Strategy into Action

Strategy is rarely the problem.

Most senior leadership teams know what needs to change. What holds businesses back is alignment, ownership and execution. Plans get discussed, agreed… and quietly parked. Accountability drifts. Momentum is lost.

This free business leaders’ breakfast is designed for owners, founders, managing directors, CEOs and senior leaders who want to turn intent into action and get more from their senior teams.

Hosted by Craig Elvin and Damien Kozel, the session introduces the StratPro framework – where strategy meets productivity, and walks you through practical exercises you can immediately apply in your own business.

What This Session Is About

This isn’t a motivational talk or a high‑level strategy overview.

It’s a working session focused on helping senior leaders:

  • Create clarity around priorities
  • Increase engagement across the leadership team
  • Build real accountability at the top
  • Improve execution and follow‑through
  • Drive better commercial and cultural outcomes

Using the StratPro process, we’ll explore why even strong leadership teams struggle to execute strategy—and what consistently high‑performing teams do differently.

What You’ll Experience on the Morning

During the session, you will be taken through elements of the StratPro approach, which is used by leadership teams to bridge the gap between strategy and results.

In the interactive conversational session, we will give you insights that will start to help you think about how you can:

  • Align your leadership team around a clear direction
  • Define a compelling vision, values and culture that people actually buy into
  • Identify gaps and opportunities holding the business back
  • Translate strategy into clear priorities, actions and KPIs
  • Create accountability rhythms that keep execution on track

You won’t leave with a thick strategy document.
You will leave with clarity and insights you can start to embed in your business.

Who Should Attend

This session is designed for owners, founders, managing directors, CEOs and senior leaders who carry overall responsibility for business performance, not just delivery. If you lead at the top of the organisation and feel accountable for outcomes across people, culture and commercial results, this event is for you.

It will resonate particularly with leaders who want greater ownership, engagement and accountability from their senior leadership teams. If decisions are being made but not consistently executed, or if priorities shift without clear follow‑through, the session will give you practical structure to address this.

This breakfast is also well suited to leaders who sense their business has more potential than is currently being realised. You may have a strong team and a clear ambition, but lack alignment or consistent execution. The StratPro approach provides a way to reconnect strategy, behaviour and results.
